Tammy is amazing! The home buying process is challenging on multiple levels, but Tammy was there every step of the way, on the logistical, practical, as well as emotional roller coaster rides (and literal ATV rides if the property calls for it!). She was always encouraging, friendly and extremely patient, never pressuring. She always listened carefully to my concerns and helped me learn more about whatever the new unknown issue was, be it roof issues, flood plains, retaining walls, HOAs, etc., to put me at ease and/or determine the options/paths forward. Then through the contract phases, it definitely felt she was more experienced and on top of things than the other side. Even the morning of the close, new issues arose, and she quickly jumped into action, which allowed for a timely close while still protecting me wrt the new issues.
